Throughout the year - we will journey together… into what your future self is calling you towards.
Underpinning this journey is a Future Self meditative process that helps you get out of your head and back into your heart to understand what is truly calling you forwards.
We’ll explore Your Soul’s Unique Blueprint (my synthesis of your Astrological chart, your Human Designs Bodygraph and your Gene Keys Activation sequence) and how you can use the knowledge found in these frameworks to make better and more aligned decisions that support your journey.
Our Courage Circle online calls will include grounding practices (breath, meditation), support in strengthening your intuition, time for reflection, hot seat coaching/chart readings & courageous commitment acknowledgements.
